Tour the property

Schedule a self-tour through Showdigs. Most HCO properties support self-tours — you book online and let yourself in.

Submit your application

Application link appears on each property listing. We use AppFolio's online application process — you'll need:

• ·Government-issued photo ID
• ·Two months of recent pay stubs (or income verification)
• ·Previous landlord contact info (last 2–3 years)
• ·Application fee (varies by property, typically $40–$60 per adult applicant)

Screening

We screen for credit, income, rental history, eviction history, and criminal background within legal limits. Full criteria here.

Typical turnaround: 1–2 business days.

Decision and lease

If approved, we send the lease (DocuSign) and collect security deposit and first month's rent. Once signed and funds clear, you're scheduled for move-in.
