Our commitment

HCO Leasing is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This site is partially conformant: most of the site meets the standard, but some content does not yet fully conform. We are aware of areas we are actively working to improve, including color contrast on certain buttons and links, and we are addressing them on an ongoing basis.

What we've done

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and a "skip to content" link
  • Keyboard navigation throughout, with visible focus indicators
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons
  • Labeled form fields and clear, announced error messages
  • A responsive layout that adapts to zoom and small screens
  • Pages that work with screen readers and assistive technology

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. We are currently aware of and working on:

  • Color contrast on some buttons, links, and accent elements that do not yet meet the 4.5:1 ratio for normal text.
  • Third-party content — some features embedded from outside providers (for example, our rental listings and online portals) are not fully under our control. We encourage those providers to meet accessibility standards and can assist you directly in the meantime.

Need help, or hit a barrier?

If you have trouble accessing any part of this site, or any content you need to do business with us, please contact us — we'll help directly and work to fix the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if you can — it helps us reproduce and fix the problem faster.

Equal access to housing services

We provide property management and leasing services in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and the principle of Equal Housing Opportunity. If you need a reasonable accommodation in how we communicate with you or in any part of the rental or management process, contact us using the details above and we will work with you.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site as we update it, prioritize reported barriers, and update this statement as our conformance improves.
