Minimum credit score: 600 for most properties. Some properties may have higher requirements set by the owner; this is disclosed in the listing.
Applicants with credit between 550–599 may qualify with additional security deposit or a qualified co-signer.
Verifiable monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent (combined household income, when applicable).
Acceptable proof: recent pay stubs (last 2 months), tax returns, offer letter for new employment, government benefit statements.
Verifiable rental history for the past 2–3 years. We contact previous landlords directly.
First-time renters can qualify with proof of stable employment, a co-signer, or other supplemental documentation.
No evictions within the past 5 years. Evictions older than 5 years are evaluated case-by-case based on overall application strength.
