Primary source: our Google Business Profile. Reviews from current and former HCO owners and tenants are published there. We're also working on collecting reviews on other platforms — once we have meaningful volume on each, we'll add aggregate scores to this page.

We respond to every review — positive or negative — within 3 business days. For negative feedback, the response addresses the specific concern, acknowledges what could have gone better, and outlines what (if anything) we're doing to prevent the same issue going forward. We don't dispute reviews, delete them, or try to suppress them.

Reviews on our Google Business Profile come through Google's verification system. We don't pay for reviews, we don't trade reviews for discounts, and we don't filter which clients we invite to leave reviews.

We're early in publicly aggregating our reviews. As of 2026-05-19, we're focused on accumulating a meaningful review base on Google before adding aggregate ratings to this page. Once we hit 25+ Google reviews, we'll display the aggregate rating and link out to other platforms as they come online.
