Property analysis
Send us the address and current rent. We respond within 1 business day with a market rent analysis and specific monthly management cost.
Management agreement
Sign the management agreement, transfer property details, set up owner portal access. Most owners are signed within 3 business days of first contact.
Listed and leased
Vacant property goes live within 3–5 business days. Already-tenanted property goes straight into managed operation. Either way, you start receiving deposits at the first rent cycle.
