Receive the access code via text, arrive in your booked window, let yourself in. Tour at your own pace.
Common questions about Showdigs
Is it really self-tour? No agent meets me? +
Yes. You let yourself in using the code provided. The Showdigs verification process replaces the need for an agent to be physically present. If you'd prefer an agent-accompanied showing, contact us at 405-927-4131.
What times are available? +
Most properties offer Showdigs tours during daylight hours, 7 days a week, in 30-minute windows. Specific availability is shown in the Showdigs booking flow for each property.
Is there a charge? +
No charge from HCO. Showdigs may charge a small verification fee for the ID check — typically $1 — which is your one-time verification across all Showdigs tours, not per-property.
What if I have a question during the tour? +
Call us at 405-927-4131 during business hours. After hours, send the question via the property listing's contact link and we'll respond next business day.
