Adam runs the property management operation: tenant placement workflow, vendor relationships, owner reporting, and the systems that keep the business reliable at scale. If you’re a current HCO owner, Adam (or one of the assistant property managers reporting to him) is the person you’ll work with most.

He also owns pricing strategy. The published rates on our Pricing page — and the portfolio discount structure for owners with 6+ properties — are Adam’s territory.
