Held by Broker Partner Zach Sikes. Underpins HCO Leasing's authority to conduct real estate-related activities including leasing and management.
AppFolio property management software
Industry-standard property management platform. Provides owner and tenant portals, accounting, and reporting. Not a "credential" technically — but it's the system most professional property managers use, and we use it.

HCO Leasing is too new to have accumulated industry awards. We'd rather be honest about that than list participation trophies.
Industry-pay-to-play awards aren't proof of anything.
Most "Top Property Manager" awards in the OKC metro and nationally are pay-to-play — vendors pay a few hundred dollars to a list publisher and receive an "award" they can plaster on their website. We don't participate in those.
The credentials that matter — Oklahoma real estate licensing, NARPM membership, manufacturer certifications, etc. — get listed here verbatim with verification links when applicable. The credentials that don't matter, don't.
